What is Pelvic and Womb Care?
It’s time for women to…
Be held and be revered as the beautiful blessings that they are.
Tend to their bodies, their wombs, and their essence as a priority and not a last resort.
Root themselves down into the joy, the abundance, and the creativity that is held in their pelvic bowls.
Through my training in Myofascial Release, Holistic Pelvic Care™, and The Cosmic Feminine, I’ve come understand that as women, our pelvis and pelvic bowls are the true center of who we are.
Our cervix is the root of our vagus nerve.
Our pelvis is the key to balance in our lives.
It is the foundation of our body. When our pelvis is not in balance, it affects our whole being.
When women come home to the true center of their bodies, the pelvic bowl, a new foundation is established.
I’ve witnessed the magick of what happens when women begin tending to their wombs and pelvis as a priority. They feel more free, more joy, more ancestral connection, a greater sense of purpose and belonging, and more.
What is Holistic Pelvic Care™
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a technique designed to restore physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances rooted in the pelvic bowl. In my practice, Holistic Pelvic Care™ uses gentle self internal work and guided visualizations to address many common pelvic issues including postpartum symptoms, birth trauma, pelvic pain, pregnancy loss, pregnancy release, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, and sexual health.
This care also supports alignment and function of the ovaries and uterus, and revitalizes a woman’s creative potential. Holistic Pelvic Care™ was created by Tami Kent, a women’s health physical therapist who I admire and feel is a true elder for women and the feminine. She is also the author of Wild Feminine, Wild Creative, and Mothering from your Center.

Today we are living in an culture of disembodiment and disempowerment due to the demands, expectations, and pressures of our fast-paced, hyper yang, patriarchal society. This work seeks to restore balance and flow into our lives through feminine, earth, and body-based wisdom.
The Cosmic Feminine (TCF) Facilitator Training was created by Miriam Ropschitz. Miriam is the creatrix of a uniquely deep and wide-ranging body of work. She is a wise woman that I deeply respect and admire. TCF is accredited by the ICAHP—International Compliance Assurance for Holistic Practitioners—and provides a deeply rich knowledge and skill-base for supporting women and the womb holistically.
As a Cosmic Feminine Facilitator, it is my prayer to the world that women lead sane, deeply nourished and well lives. Lives that honor woman’s cyclical and intuitive nature, earth-connection, body and womb wisdom, rest, movement, and nourishment. This is the way of life our way back ancestors embodied and lived. It is time for us to do the same.
This work is gentle but goes bone deep. This work is a culmination of teachings I have received and embodied over the last 12 years. It seeks to assist women to rewild, remember, and reclaim their wise women herstory and traditions, their innate oracular gifts as a cyclical being not separate from the natural world, their pleasure and passion for life.
When women embody these practices they are able to naturally heal menstrual and womb-related challenges such as: PMS, PMDD, Endo, PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), Infertility, Dysmenorrhea, hormonal imbalances, and more.
“I am sitting on the couch and had a realizaiton of how different I’ve been feeling lately! My body pain has been NIGHT and DAY different! After our last session a lot of physical pain came out for the first week and then vanished completely! I got my period and it was only 37 days apart compared to my usual 49-107 days! & I had nearly no pain or discomfort with this period, just some minor cramps on day one. I’m amazed & I KNOW it’s from the work you have done!”
