An intimate weekend of practice, sacred rest, ceremony, healing, and sisterhood nestled in California’s Sierra Nevada Forest alongside the Kaweah River.
Surrounded by the California mountains, the red, gold, and orange leaves of autumn, and the sound of the Kaweah river, our time will be woven together with wise women traditions and the feminine mysteries. We gather during the week of Samhain, an ancient Celtic fire festival—sometimes called the Witches New Year— that holds seasonal wisdom and great spiritual significance. Together we will walk the path of our ancient ancestors as we enter into this liminal doorway of magick and transformation.
Key Transformations of Charmed
The women of Charmed will be entering into a sacred space that is held by the mountains, the river, the forest, Samhain, the ancestors and unseen realm, themselves, other powerful women, and me. These types of co-created spaces present endless possibility for transformation, authentic healing, and change. The women of past circles and a previous retreat have experienced:

For two thousand years, one of the greatest Celtic seasonal and spiritual celebrations took place early November, marking the half-way point between the autumn equinox and winter solstice, the end of the harvest season, and the thinning of the veil between the human and spirit worlds.
The festival's spiritual potency transformed ancient sites into powerful centers of ritual and ceremony, where the veils between worlds wavered and ancestral wisdom could flow freely between realms. This extraordinary period of supernatural accessibility made Samhain one of the most significant and enduring festivals in Celtic tradition. Charmed Retreat is an ember of the same fires as Samhain. We gather in the same season as our ancestors, out in the forest, around the fire, and our practices and rituals will honor the same liminal energy of ancestral medicine, life, death, and rebirth.
CEREMONY
Saturday evening will hold us in ceremony. After a day of nourishing our minds, bodies, and spirits we will sit with sacred heart medicine, dance, move, share, and be with the fire.
PRACTICE
Over the weekend, you will be guided through practices specifically designed to nourish women’s bodies, boost oxytocin, cultivate yin, and bring you back into balance with your body, the land, and your ancestral connection.
REBIRTH
After our fire ceremony, we enter into a time of integration. We will enjoy a celebratory feast with a special morning celebration and Goddess Tree excursion for those women who choose the Charmed Initiation path.

The true gateway to the Sequioas
Three Rivers is a charming small town nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains of Central California and is 24 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Sequioa National Park protects some of the Earth’s largest and oldest trees, alongside massive granite peaks and deep underground caves. Three Rivers is also the home of the Yokuts and Tule River tribes and offers beautiful views of the Kaweah River, the Sierra Nevadas, and abundant natural wildlife.
In addition to being known for its natural beauty, outdoor adventures, and conservation efforts, Three Rivers is home to a lively community of artists, glowing millipedes, award winning sandwiches, and a thoughtful assortment of local shops and eateries to enjoy.
Charmed Retreat will be held in a private residence alongside the Kaweah River with stunning mountain views. Your nature sanctuary awaits.

A weekend walking the path of our ancestors. The ancestors that did not live disconnected from the wisdom of their bodies, the land, or from one another. Our Witch ancestors were the wise women, the cunning women, the herbalists, the midwives, the healers, the doctors, the drummers, and so much more. They were an integral part of the wellbeing of their tribes and villages. They held positions of great spiritual authority and leadership. They cultivated their inner-power and shared their gifts freely with the world. Our time at Charmed is to honor, remember, and reclaim the power of our ancestors and our own inner-power.

Hello witchy woman, I’m Amanda
I've been supporting women for the past 12 years. Time after time when I would share about my witchy nature or interests or invite the earth or natural world into my sessions, something would open up and shift for women. They would feel more alive, more resourced, or more possibility presented itself. Real life magick.
For all of my life, witches, magick, the unseen realms, healing, the moon have all been a great comfort and strength for me. Providing experiences where women can connect with their inner-witch and gifts is an honor. Curating these spaces with great attention to detail: from the guest list, to the food, to the music, to the activities – is something I love to do. I love to create spaces for women to feel seen, nourished, and be encouraged to be themselves fearlessly.
Charmed is a retreat for women celebrating themselves and their true gifts in this world. It will provide them with new levels of clarity, embodiment, earth and ancestral connection. I cannot wait to welcome you to Three Rivers for a weekend of magick.
